We use Spamassassin (http://spamassassin.apache.org/index.html)
for mail filtering. You can choose your own level at which mail will be filtered
by visiting http://mail.yourdomain/filters.
The default level is set to '5.5' which is very mild with few false positives.
You are welcome to change this setting to suit your preferences. A setting
of 100 or higher will effectively turn off mail filtering.
You can also add addresses to white or black lists. Please note that you don't
need to add common addresses such as Ebay or PayPal, banks, etc into the white
list. These are already there.
Mail that has been determined as 'spam' is held in an IMAP folder of the same name. This can be accessed at any time using either the Web mail link given above, or if you set up your Email software to access your mail from us using IMAP.
It is highly recommended that you check this folder on a regular basis to
ensure that any real mail hasn't been incorrectly filtered.
IMPORTANT: Mail that is 14 days or older in the spam folder will be automatically
deleted. You can change how often mail is deleted from this folder by visiting
http://mail.yourdomain/filters.
